Just think about the layers of clothes that Heath Ledger put on after stretching on those ridiculous red and black striped... things. Arm pantyhose? I don't even know.

He had a lot of time to ponder his decision to not only go out in PUBLIC wearing these ridiculous things, but to pair them with what appears to be an unwieldy umbrella and a lavendar beanie apparently knit for someone with elephantitis of the cranium--that's just apeshit crazy.
